​Janna has been exploring Healing Arts and doing body work for over 25 years.

​Her massage style is a blend of a variety of modalities including Shiatsu, Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and Reiki energy work. She also has experience with pre and post event sports massage, pre and post-natal massage as well as post injury rehabilitation.
     
She really appreciates the opportunity to help others tap into healing. Everything is connected.
   
​ When she is not facilitating healing she enjoys hiking, skiing, riding her horse and spending time with her family.
